Global Capital Parnters Fund LLc Scam out of $3500.00 for LOI FEE New York 274 Madison Ave Suite 901
They sent me an LOI in which I had to pay $3500.00 for the LOI and for them to underwrite the file, and if they did not do the loan I would get back $1500.00 of the fee a paid for the underwriting of the loan.
A week later the sent me a Commit letter stating that the would do the loan for 1.8M , but wanted me to pay a another non-refundable fee of $18,000 of there 3% fee. They did not underwrite the file, because in the commit.
letter is stated that would order the appraisal, but we already had a new appraisal they told us they would use,.
Title work was done, we are set to close. Why would they want a non refundble fee of $18,000 when we was ready to close, they wanted that fee so they would find a way of not doing the loan, But they told us upfront
about the $18,000 fee and said if we paid if and if they loan did not close we would get it back, But once the commit came over it had non-refundable in the commit. They was really nasty to my broker and told us we could just go somewhere else. So all in all they stold $3500.00 for a job they did not do.
Do Not Do business with Them......... Unless you Have money to Loose
