Global Financial Aka Lease Finance Group Agreed to a $24.95 processing fee, and was ripped off for $221.95 Atlanta Georgia
Our story's the same as the rest, except that our telemarketer said the fee was only $24.95.
Fortunately, after finding this site and reading one of the suggestions, I called our bank (Bank of America) and we are disputing the $197 difference. Also, they were nice enough to reverse the $100 in overdraft fees that subsequently occurred before we found out about them.
I would urge anyone else that is still within the 60 day time period to call your bank and try to dispute your charges as well. Good luck.
I am going to try to get in touch with the company and will update this report if I can, but I don't hold out much hope of that happening after reading all of the other reports.
