When Global Financial called me.... I did ask all the questions.. I made sure and asked more than one time if this was a secured credit card..

If I had to put the money in there in order to have a balance they advised me that I did not that it would be a credit card with a 2500.00 blance and all I had to pay was the 221.95.

They also advised me that I would be able to get a refund??? does anyone have their phone number? the one I have has been disconnected?? I have been in contact with an attorney and we are starting proceedures to due them... and believe it... they are going to be very sorry they ever did this to anyone...

I recorded my conversation with them when I asked the questions so I have it on tape... and their name too.
