There product does not work as described or shown, at the begging they will assure you that it all works, then once you sign there 36 month contract and you start useing the system you will see that you will not be tracking your vehicles correctly, they will be off tracking , you submitt a repair order and they tell you its the antena you have to fix it, you do and then you notice that your vehicle is not tracked again and again, they send there mobile installer which re installs the device damaging your equipment and they do not stand by it, it's your problem. when you inquire about the data and reports your supsse to get they will be made up and not accurate. they tell you to bad so sad pay me, basically there contract says they are not resonsable for anything that may go wrong even if they are using pirated pattens on there devices they already have been sued for this. they are just a ripoff company. but ou signed there agreement and no matter what they got you by the balls.
I would recomend everyone to stay away from Global fleet Managment positrace as there product does not perform accurately and when there are issues it's your problem and fault, they assume no liabilty or responsability for what they sell you or the services they provide to you even knowing you are paying for it.
