Oh boy, these scams are all over creation. Mostly they come from foreign countries. The name comes from a law in Nigeria that *supposedly* cracks down on them (don't count your hard-earned bux on it!) NEVER send money, ANY kind of fee, to a person or organization who contacts you through email or snail mail as a "processing fee", etc. If you want to find about this organization, or person, I *strongly* reccommend googling it (or using any number of other search engines which have better privacy policies!!) contacting the BBB of their area (if located in the states), and if you get a check from one of these scam artists, for GOD sake, if you *do* deposit it, DO NOT TOUCH any funds for at least 90 days. I can almost guarantee the check is conterfeit, and will bounce, and you'll be left holding the bag financially. Had I responded to all of those da*n things I get, and had they been legitimate, I would have enough money to buy Costa Rica by now!! Maybe Panama too! ;-( There ain's no such thing as a free lunch, as Dad would have said, except for these scumbags

When did you play this lottery? I've heard about these kinds of scams for a few years now. I guess the old saying is true "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."
