Hi Harold and Craig, We would really like to discuss this matter with both of you and would love to try to get a class action suit against these people. We bought our casino and poker room at the Calgary Franchise Show which we thought gave the company some credibility, but it did not obviously. We didn't have any idea about internet gaming but were told we would be trained and stepped through it all and they had 43 franchisees all making money. There was a man and a woman in the booth at the show and they even had their son at the show I guess to think they were the trusting family types.

Harold, regarding your reference to S. Burman and the Real Estate Council of Ontario, it's probably a waste of time filing a complaint. Only if he were to be convicted of a crime would they likely take any action. There must be more Americans who have been victimized, and the question is how we find them. We could use more Canadian victims as well. Perhaps Harold can advise us if Global has an American based company. Legal sources advise me that they probably will have to be sued in an Ontario court. The issue may be "what is the basis for a lawsuit", in that the contract is fairly air tight; mind you, in our case, no question several terms of the contract were breached. I personally believe it to be also a case of fraud, which falls under the Criminal Code in Canada. That does not rule out the potential for a class action suit though. There is strength in numbers. An ad in the National Post might be the answer, with a contact number/e-mail, to get this off the ground. To find more victims, a web site might be the answer, and I could devote some time to that effort. An out of court settlement would be cheaper and quicker, and afford Global less time to hide those assets not already hidden. Dropping in to your local city police in the meantime might also be worthwhile, to complain about being a victim of fraudulent misrepresentation. No doubt all victims agree that the "product" is not a "turn key cash generating web site". Walter in Toronto, in his "endorsement" rebuttal, illustrates that point very well-they had to go to other webmasters and make changes. I have no idea what he bought two years ago, and care less. What we bought last year was outdated marketing methodology, and would not work from the get go, regardless of the time invested.

This Steve Burman is an associate broker with Royal LePage. He is a member of RECO. The real estate council of Ontario. Someone in Ontario should file a complaint seeing they are in the area. I am quite far and it would be difficult as I am not in the same province. If you file a complaint to the Real Estate Council of Ontario, he'll have his licence taken away. Someone start the ad in the paper in all the major cities. Toronto, Saskatoon, Calgary, Winnipeg... LET's do it! Get em in jail!!!! This is the On behalf of the Real Estate Council of Ontario, I acknowledge receipt of your email. Good work Harold, if there were more people like you out there then scammers like Charles Debono and his GPS (Global Premiere Scam) Gang would not be in business very long. I think like you that we need to get victims grouped together to launch a class action against Global Premiere I.T / Encore Promotions and put the GPS Gang behind Bars where they belong. You asked us to email you but I don't see your email address. RipOff Report site usually deletes them. Read the report at ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff174512.htm to read someone else's report that also would like to from a class action group and seems to have a way to make it happen. In closing we need to take what ever action necessary to recover all our investment and to ensure they are put out of commission in jail for a long time. Keep up the work Harold and all the best. N
