They are complete and total scammers. They are in Hyderabad, India. Never, ever use a tax preparer that is not in the United States that you cannot physically put your hands on. Your tax preparer is also liable for mistakes in your taxes and must aid in cleaning up any mess created. Good luck getting these jokers to respond to you at all after you give them any money. Barely speak English.
