Today there are over 400 Chinese list brokers(complete or partial) in USA who buy electronic counterfeit regularly with full knowledge , bypassing the risk involed and federal laws. It includes few big names.
It is now US companies who have become high risk suppliers who buy chinese counterfeits calling as original parts and then supplying to asian manufacturers. Recently there are many complaints about American and European companies who bring parts from China and supply to asian companies.
We have found above american who is an active member of ERAI and regularly harping on combating counterfeits-- they have recently bought MAX667ESA+ from Asia Chip in Mainland china/hongkong knowing that this company sell counterfeits.
Global solutions have old history of buying chinese counterfeit parts regularly spreading across USA and rest of world with the help of ERAI a self defined commercial association who has vested interested in Chinese renminbi which is growing stronger to usd.
Interestingly stock levels in USA have fallen down. now only few suppliers in USA who has real stock, rest depends on china. there are many fly by overnight walk in suppliers here who just buy and sell chinese products with zero inventory.

It is high time federal authorities wake up and crack down on those companies who openly bring in hazardous goods from china and retail it here for higher profits that too with the help of ERAI.

Please remeber that Global solutions have bought Chinese counterfeits on many occassions knowing risk and hazards. We suggest Global solutions to stop dealing with counterfeits. ERAI alone cannot protect you from law. It is for you to decide if you deal with counterfeits you will be watched by authorities and companies like Maxim. Please stop facilitating chinese garbage.
Another UK company recently shipped counterfeit plessey parts to non-chinese Asian brokers -used for communication and wireless. He claimed parts to be genuine, but eventually it came from china. Today there are many native american and european companies who openly flaunt Chinese inventory which has approximately 50000 line items allmost all fake or counterfeit. the day is not far when American brokers will merely remain chinese agents.

American companies cannot resist buying from criminals and known counterfeiters. I am sure Maxim is American based company and China do not manufacture Maxim products. Moreover Maxim has strict policy on choosing their buyers. Every one know that Maxim parts are not available in open market or with independent brokers, Even then Global solutions and many american companies love to buy from criminals and counterfeiters using ERAI as protection and cover. Let me remind you ERAI is neck depth involved with counterfeiters in china. they have hundreds of Chinese scammers, smugglers , counterfeiters as their business networked patrons/partners.
