I ordered some supplements online from global-supplements.com last december (2006).

PROBLEM 1 - One bottle was broken (glass bottle not packaged properly in envelop),

PROBLEM 2 - Bottle of "ultra-woman" arrived instead of the "ultra-man" that I had ordered. The invoice even stated "ultra-man".

PROBLEM 3 - I was charged one ammount of 179.50, then another of 195.70 imediatly after. It seems to me that the wrong amount was charged, then they entered in the correct amount and didn't refund the wrong amount. I tried to resolve this via email (they responded to 6 of my emails, didn't respond to 2).

The company seems really unprofessional and unorganized. Nothing was resolved or answered.

Hi, I am the owner of global-supplements.com and wanted to explain this situation. As far as the broken bottle we were more than willing to resend the bottle, all we wanted was the broken bottle back, because people do make stories up and say things are broken when they are not. And I am not saying that this individual has done that, but it does happen so to protect ourselves, all we wanted was the bottle back. As far as them receiveing "ultra woman" instead of "ultra man" was our honest mistake "it happens". Either way this bottle costs us the same, no matter which one we send to you and by the time we were willing to resend the bottle back we still never reveived the ultra woman from them. And as far as charging them twice they are 100% right I looked up their account and somehow they were charged 2 different amounts. We were and still are 100% willing to credit this customer back as they deserve to be, but this person went so far off of the handle and didnt even give us a chance to. They ignored many of our e-mails and went straight to the authorities. Look, we understand that when you are dealing with thousands of customers things happen and not every customer is going to walk away happy. We have done nothing wrong here and are willing to credit this customer back what they are owed. We just want our name as a company to be cleared up the way we deserve for it to be. Thank you, Mario
