Three charges have shown up on my credit card. They were for $54.90, 49.95 & 49.95. I called to complain and was told that the charges would be credited back to the account. This has not been done. I didn't authorize the charges, never received any materials from them and never heard of them before this.

The woman that I spoke with agreed immediately, without any argument to refund the money. This whole thing is very suspicious and should be investigated by consumer advocates.

Mary, Never wait for the fraudsters to give your money back--it's your money, not theirs. Contact your credit card company and tell them you want them to send you a fraud complaint form immediately. Fill it out and get your money back. Then, report these losers to the Federal Trade Commission at www.FTC.gov. Good Luck
