I am a 5linx representative myself and got the globalinx voip phone service for almost 4 months. The globalinx is so terrible and i cant even use it. We cannot understand each other when calling someone using it especially using it overseas so i never used it anymore after two weeks of getting the service. I contacted the techinical service for the issue this September and for two day i keep on calling them but still the service is not doing good. I decided to cancell the service then and insist that i need to pay termination fee of $99 + tax which i dont want to pay for the kind of service they have. The customer service offer me other kind of service they have but why should i get another service to them when the forst service they give me is to terrible.

You say that you are a representative of the company. How is that worrking out for you? From my research i have found this company to be a classic pyramid scheme, with a down lown that is bound to collapse at some point. the company seems to focus on recruiting people to pay the 499.00 and this is how you really make a percentage on the sales. I have also found that there is no prodcut of value offered. I have a family member who has joined this company. I am currently tyring to convince him to look elsewhere. I was just curious as to how being a rep. for the company has worked out for you?
