I responded to an ad in 2004 for Globe Life Insurance where my rates would never go up and my policy never canceled as long as I paid my premiums. Fast forward 10 years and my rates have nearly doubled. I have contacted the company to try to rectify this and have gotten nothing but a run around and outward lies from a supervisor named Daisy.
She informed me that Globe didn't offer that insurance in NJ in 2004- strange thing is my mom has had that type of policy with Globe since 1995! She then informed me that when I filled ouit my policy application ( which I don't remember doing) I didn't choose a type of policy so they assigned me to this one.
You can't contact anyone that is willing to help you. Well, actually my mom spoke to a CSR named Scott, who promised to take care of this.. but that seems to not be the case.
Beware of this company. I was under the impression that I had purchased the policy I requested- not the one they gave me. Numerous requests for an actual physical policy has gone unanswered by both me and my mom. Find another company and save yourself a lot of headaches!!!
