Globus Moving Company promised to deliver moving items - never showed never called Ripoff Northridge California
I called Globus Moving multiple times over a two week period in order to find out a delivery schedule of my household goods. Thursday I called to determine the Saturday delivery schedule, and was informed that the dispatcher was not available, but that the dispatcher would call me back, no call.
Friday I called and was informed by a Globus representative that the dispatcher was not there due to having a fire in his kitchen, but that they would call me back, Friday no call. I called Saturday and was informed by a Globus representative that they called the driver and had expected that the driver would have called me by now, expected a call back from the driver, no call all day (THE DAY I EXPECTED TO MOVE IN). Sunday nobody is answering the phone at Globus and still no movers.
Stay away, stay far, far away.
