Globus Moving Ripoff, Raised my price to 4x the original quote. Reseda California
I booked with Globus moving because the quote Adee gave me was reasonable. If I knew what was going to happen I would of paid somebody double the price to assure a good move! They tripled my price on move date and would not release my items if I did not pay this new price.
I finally agreed...what was I supposed to do...they had my life belongings. Adee informed me I could only pay with cash. When they got to my delivery destination in North Carolina they quickly took the cash then informed me after they had my payment that my items were not on the truck.
I called Adee and have not heard back from him and to this date have not recieved my items even though move is paid in full. I am filing a complaint with the DOT and the FMSA. Please do not be sucked in by this smooth talking individual as you will never see your items.
