Glojan, Gloria Janes Buyer Beware Pataskala Ohio
We purchased a Havenese 5 mo. old puppy from Gloria Janes (Glojan) on June 25, 2009. It was represented to us as being socialized with people and housebroken. This was also listed on her website. This was a total fabrication. We started calling Ms. Janes on July 4th. She never returned our calls. She did, however, answer the phone when my assistant called her and asked her to return my call. She did not.
After many tries, we finally reached her the week of July 20th. We suggested returning the dog to her with no request for a replacement or refund (of the $2,000 we paid for him). We just asked if she would find him a good home. She refused. We once again tried to both e-mail her and phone her, however, she will not respond.
We have really tried to work with this puppy, however, he acts totally scared, and runs from us and hides when we try to go near him, as if he may have been abused or hit. We have had many dogs and other pets in the past, but never one that responded like this.
I would stay away from buying any dogs from this company (Glojan and Gloria Janes). For someone that claims to have been in this business and showing dogs for over 30 years, we just find it hard to believe that she would not work with us.
