The Saldana's aka Planeta stables go around leasing horse boarding facilities, over load them with horses to make money destroy the farms as a result, then go onto the next farm and repeat the process. They have already done this to Hope Acres in Stockton, NJ and Hollypond in New hope, pa. They are presently moving to Beaver Creek Equestrian Facility in Ringos, NJ where the landlord is about to fall victim. They charge $750. a month for a horse and fail to provide basic care such as feeding, watering, cleaning stalls on a regular basis. They killed a horse named Jenny at Hope Acres as a result of their neglect. At Hollypond, they have intentionally starved horses, caused them to colick, left horses out in the hot sun running for hours to get away from horse flies and killed their own dogs by starving them to death. They don't care about horses and are just in the business to make money. They take care of the horses only when the owners are present. Once the owner leaves, the hay comes out of the stall, watering stops, fans are turned off and stalls are not cleaned. If they get upset with the horse owner, they will seek revenge on the horse by abusing, starving, etc... The horses under their care sustain suspicious injuries and get repeated infections. I have paid thousands of dollars in vet bills for my horse as a result their abuse and lack of care.
Their son emanuel saldana deals drugs from the farms and is presently in prison for killing a teenage boy from Hunterdon, nj as a result of overdosing him with drugs. All of the boarding money goes to a defense attorney to try to get the son out of jail instead of the horses. The son in law stabbed a man numerous times. The Saldana-Lopez's are associated with the Mexican Moffia and are dangerous people. The Saldana's steal from the boarders and landlords. They will take your blankets, horse supplies and feed for their own horses. Residences on the farms have been destroyed, set fire by drug dealers getting back at their son for ripping them off.
If you love and care about horses, stop supporting these people. Do not board your horses with them. Beaver Creek Equestrian Center is their next victim. Spread the word.

I have been a customer of Gloria and Nabor's over 20 years. I have never seen a horse in a neglected condition, without hay or water. I choose to keep my horse in their care because of my first hand experience with their excelent care. I believe the allegations were made by a disgruntled farm owner who brought upon herself the relocation of Gloria and Nebor's business.

I boarded my horse with gloria and nabor for 2 years at planeta stables in new hope. I have boarded at 4 other barns in the area, and have to say that planeta is, by far, the best. There is consistency in the horses everyday care, the stalls are clean, barn is clean, turnout is fantastic, and the saldano's genuinely feel for the horses.
Interestingly enough, I was with Kathy last night (the name on the rip off report), and she told me about this posting, and was horrified that her name was used in the article. Kathy is one of gloria's largest custoners. Also, when Gloria and Nabor decided to move, because the stable owners had renigged on all of the original agreements, the owners behavior had become unstable and dangerous, and police were summoned to the property several times because of the owners increasingly paranoid accusations on several fronts, (each time, the police forced the land owner to remove herself from the premises!), every horse, with the exception of one, went with gloria and nabor to beaver creek equestrian facility.
My commute to the barn is longer, but I believe that my horse is in the best of hands with gloria and nabor. the facility is beautiful, indoor is huge, paddocks are numerous, stalls are roomy, and my horse continues to be happy and content in their care. And.....all of his buddies from the new hope property came with him!! don't think that would happen if even one of the allegations in this report were true!

the allegations of starving horses, removing hay, and causing veterinary bills are totally untrue. these folks have not been involved in any animal abuse or killing of any horses. their barn is open to the public and anyone can visit to see the care is quite good.
their son does have some personal problems and has been incarcerated for the crimes of a child not the parents.
the posting making all these false allegations should be removed.
