I find it funny that this company sent that guy to "repair there reputation" when in fact he makes no mention of his company giving out other peoples credit card numbers without their permission, instead he sits there and talks about Terms of service, well im pretty sure it doesnt say anywhere in the terms of service that him and his company may refer you to other companys youve never heard of. Also, Why would a legtimate company Hi-Jack email addresses and msn accounts to advertise their product? They Wouldnt. Dont even bother trying to make a rebuttal to this its allllll truth and you know it.

Jeanette, When you initially placed the order for the Acai Berry Edge you were advised in the terms and conditions of the offer that you would be billed $79.90 if the products are kept past the 21 day trial period. On the order page we require our customers to check a box accepting the terms and conditions of the offer for the order to even place. Additionally, we let you know on the order confirmation page, order confirmation email, and the order invoice included with your shipment. We understand that you may have sent an email attempting to cancel the order completely. It appears that the email request was not received, we respond to every email that is received by our company. We would like to sincerely apologize if you were having a problem in reaching us. Please feel free to contact customer service with any further questions or concerns at 1-800-595-4670. Thank you, Supervisor
