I was introduced to George the Executive Director of GnS industries in March, 2014 by Maynard Munroe of the NY POWER Advocacy Center.  Their Executive Director George and I met and I explained to him the circumstances surrounding my home, that it was auctioned while in modification and since then I fought to get get it back which was granted by the court based on impropriety by the Gorclosure attornet Steven Baum and lack of standing by the bank.  They agreed to help me perfect ownership through a quiet title process and charged me $6,500 upfront fee to enable this happening.  They pressed me so heavily to get all the money upfront, I had to borrow to pay.  They asked that my then attorney withdraw from the case and had me sign a retainer agreement on April 2014 with one of their attorney, Kumar Paturi, Esq.  All files were taken from my prior attorney and brought to Karen at GnS Industries office who photocopied them and returned to me a week later.   For months I had not heard anything from GnS or the attorney regarding my case until a eviction notice was placed on the door.  I discovered they did not even enter a change of attorney notice in the court and unbenonst to me a default judgement occured removing the juges earleir decision to restore proerty to me.  When I tried to reach out to GnS industries they claim to have done work which was not part of our agreement and I neede to pay them more money.  I reached out to the attorney who told me henever did any work on my case cause he did not work with GnS Industties so I am left out $6500 with a defaukt judgment that allowed me to lose ownership of my home.  I'm placing this to alert the public cause GnS in scamming the distressed homeowners adding furhter to their catastophy.

Power Advocacy is not being implicated

In no way am I implicating Maynard Munroe of Power Advocacy in this report.  In fact if it was not for his efforts I would not have been able to retain the deed and presently living in my home. This is a copy of a letter that was sent to the attorney general and the bar association and I had to state the fact on how I met Mr. George Hill.  It's my understanding that Mr. Munroe and also the the attorney Mr Kumar Paturi were also victims of Goerge Hill & GnS unscrupulous scheme.  Mr Paturi has now refunded to me the retainer fee but Mr. George Hill of GnS is still at large; no where to be found. They might have changed the name of the company but be sure to get ID and check anyone who comes to offer you securitization audits, quiet title etc.  There are some good people out there but you need to be careful.  Maynard Munroe is one of those few good men.
