THIS IS THE FIRST UPDATE: 06/28/2009 I was contacted several times by Supervisor of the GNS/Nutra Lane through email. We had exchanged emails back and foreward. In the end, the supervisor had sent me this message: "Your order has been cancelled. I have refunded the $3.97 shipping and handling charge, and we have cancelled your autoship program and have canceled the scheduled charge for the trial bottles. You will not be billed for or receive any additional shipments and we do not require you to return your trial order, you are more than welcome to keep the products". I had replied with a lot of thanks to the supervisor and the company for understanding and correct decision. After that, the supervisor had sent me another email for a case if I will have any additional questions regarding the product or my order I can contact with the company and ask. I would like express my thanks to the supervisor again through this report. THIS IS THE SECOND UPDATE: 07/01/2009 Today I have got bottles from GNS (supply for 30 days), and from RESVERATROL ULTRA (supply for 15 days). Both companies advertise about FREE SAMPLE example. Both companies cancel my auto-ship order and not put extra charge to my credit card (I have checked already). You can order ResveratrolUltra through two Web sites (the same company). What surprised me is different ingredients. From my point of view GNS's Resveratrol is better. But I will not take any of them. Health comes from natural food!!!
