Go CRV is a scam. I read some reviews online that said it is a long process, but if you follow it, you will get your free vacation after sitting through a 1 hour timeshare presentation. False. I jumped through all their hoops, including putting down a $198 deposit, selecting 3 possible travel dates and waiting for them to call me 45 days before the first date. They called me late, but did eventually send me an email with a phone number to book. When I called to book, I learned that it had to be between 9 am - 5 pm during the week and it would take 35-45 minutes (my lunch break), but okay, I waited.
Here's the Catch: Every date that I selected was super busy and they couldn't give me the standard package I wanted on those days, so I would have to upgrade and pay $500 in addition to my already paid $198 deposit, not a free vacation at all. Instead, I asked for 3 new dates. When I called the second time, guess what happened. Yup, no Standard packages available. So I asked for a refund. They told me I will get one within 14 days minus a $10 fee that I never agreed to for using my debit card. I am currently waiting for my refund.
