Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Will Godaddy.com be criminally charged as a “principal” along with Webmasters for “aiding” and “abetting”?

Georgia HB 150 states websites must remove mugshots without fee or compensation within 30 days  of receiving certified mail notification to remove them. Godaddy supplies websites with fictitious names and addresses making mail delivery impossible. Goddady  is also aware that the sites they provide fictitious names for are committing numerous criminal acts such as openly blackmailing and extorting people.

I agree that these guys who post up mugshots are creeps. A few years ago I almost came close to bankruptcy and had a few folks file judgements against me as I had lost my job and could not pay. There was a company in my city that would go through court records, take judgements that had been filed, and put them online for all the world to see to embarrass the person. They got paid from advertisements on their site. However, these other companies are getting paid from posting the mugshots. I also agree it is EXTORTION.

And more and more companies are doing it. You also can't trust the reputation builder companies. They have numerous complaints that they would create even more damaging information online about a person when they were contacted to be able to get more money out of a person. All of these guys are bottom feeders. Good luck.
