Go Shop and Save Received a card in the mail saying they are holding $100.00 in savings for me. I called the phone number listed and spoke to a representative. He said all I have to do is pay $4.95 for shipping the hundred dollar bill to me.
I became suspicious and said "I don't know about this". I am not interested. I checked online and saw others who were scammed. I wanted to let you know about the card I received in the mail to please call us at 1-800-206-6701, Claim #915536.. I no city listed on card no state listed on card
I received a yellow card in the mail saying I have an unclaimed reward worth up to $100.00 that is being held for me at their main distribution Center. To receive this reward, I needed to call 1-800-206-6701. On the card was my Claim No. 915536.
The card also says "warning, failure to call will result in an automatic forfeiture of this reward. Please call for details. I called and the person said I indeed will be mailed $100.00 and all I had to do was pay $4.95 for shipping and handling of this $100.00 bill. I became suspicious and told him that I'm not sure about this and am not interested and hung up.
I saw online others who were scammed and I wanted to put my opinion to you even though I did not go further. The fact that I received a card in the mail is enough to get scammed and I didn't appreciate the card or taking upn my time for a phony reward.
