Golden Traffic Ticket Law - John Golden Attny John Steven Golden, Anthony Della Valle Jr.Legal Assistant to John S. Golden, Esq. Takes their fee and doesn't follow through, communicate and causes legal issues to escalate. Davie, Florida
These folks did not do anything after taking their fee and allowed a speeding summons to go unaddressed.
The summons is now a bench warrant and licenses suspension. This impacts my life, my auto insurance and the follow up efforts to get this resolved now is going to cost thousands to hire another attorney to get his gross neglience undone.
This lawyer has been disciplined bythe Florida state licensing authority for professional misconduct on two occassions and there would have been more had the other clients who have reported the smae issues filed through the Bar Assoc on his unethical misconduct.

I advise everyone whose had similar experiences with them to contact the Bar Association and complain of these issues. They can get fined for such repeated offenses, distrusting and unethical activities and possible be disbarred, which is hopefully something they should have done immediately and not be allowed to practice law even a traffic ticket.
