I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I started with Golf Analytics March 3rd to make sure there are no issues such as yours.
I know over the winter, we had some availability issues because we had a full schedule with no openings. This was great for US and shows people enjoy Golf Analytics. However, it did not help the customers who made a Groupon purchase. We had no way of knowing how popular our winter membership would be. But that membership ended in April, and at that time, we would have more availability and be able to accommodate Groupons.
