Golf Network by CVM Mrs Emma Cutash We signed a contract (No. RM/BVVC13859) on October 30, 2013 to rent 3 weeks a master Suite Villa of the Grand Luxxe Residence Club in Mexico, Cancun, Mexico Quintana Roo
I bought 5 Weeks of a Timesharing to Vida Vacation in Cancun. They gave me the option to deal with Golf Network CVM in order to rent the weeks. I contacted CVM and we signed a contract (No. RM/BVVC13859) on October 30, 2013 to rent 3 weeks a master Suite Villa of the Grand Luxxe Residence Club in Mexico, Cancun, by which Golf Network should have rented in 2014 my timesharing for the value of 12,000 USD. We paid 420 USD fee to initiate the contract for 10 years. In April 2014 we sent many emails to Emma Cutash who after many days of waiting told us to be patient because they would be reted before the end of July 2014. Until now there is no money and they don't answer neither my phone calls nor my emails. If this continues happening, each year I will lose 12,000 USD and I am still paying many thousand dollars to the bank which lent us the money.
