I was searching the internet for safe supplements to help lose weight. Several sites came up-Dr. Oz, movie stars, etc. that claimed Slim Garcinia Cambogia and Miracle Slim Cleanse were a breakthrough weight loss program. I used the products for two weeks, no change in weight.
The offer stated money back guarantee and just shipping and handling fee for trying their product. The products were sent with no instructions. In turn, there was no information about trying the product and sending it back to receive a refund. I was charged $89.95 twice for each product on my charge card. No instructions so what they don't tell you is you sign up for monthly charges and shipments. I didn't receive additional shipment.
I called the company and was told that it was stated that I had only two weeks to try it and send back the product for money back guarantee-there was no information in the shipment supporting that claim. He said that he would give me $89.95 back on my charge-10 business days- still charged $89.95 and would have to cancel by September 1st or the shipments would continue. Unbelieveably unfair business practice!
