On September 16th I visited the website, www.good2go.com for auto insurance for my daughter. It was through Omni Insurance company whom I had dealt with before with no problems. I decided to go with another insurance company, we completed their application.
When I received my bank statement, I discovered that Good2Go had debited $143 from my checking account, along with the other insurance company I had signed with.
Neither me or my daughter ever signed an application with Good2Go insurance. When I called to have the amount refunded, they were extremely rude and told me that it would be cancelled that day, September 23rd. I never received a check and called again about 2 weeks later. They said they would process it and send a check.
We received a check on October 20 for $23. When I called on October 22nd, the woman in customer service was very rude, gave me some bs about some form I was supposed to return - that I never got . I told her that we never signed the application. She did not seem to care and hung up on me.
