Goode Walker & Company ripoff, Certified Notice of Pending Cash Disbursement $10,000 Toronto Ontario
Dear Sir,
First of all I want to take the opportunity to thank you personally for nice and very useful information's about this kind of rip offs provided in your web site.
Two days ago I've received a letter from Goode Walker & Company stating that I've been choosen by their client, Worchester Jewelers, of London, England to receive a grand prize of US$ 10,000 cash as the winner of their Worldwide Publicity Sweeptakers.
They said: Our records indicate that you have been assigned payment code 125769...., the designated recipient of guaranteed cash payment in series 12 of this sweeptakes.
No purchase is required on your part, and you have no further obligation; sign and return the winner's claim affidavit enclosed before the deadline to claim the cash now being held in your name.
Because you have just 10 days to act before your claim is disqualified and your cash is disbursed to an alternate winner, I urge you strongly to complete and return the winner's claim affidavit promptly. Please do it today, if at all possible.
In the event that you meet the filing deadline, your cash prize will be forwarded to you at the above address via international air post.
Then they said: Be advised that you may further claim an additional US$ 2,500 in cash and cash equivalant certificates upon remission of a nominal processing and assurance fee of US$ 31.97. as the award allocation committee is required by the rules and bylaws annex of this sweeptakes to adhere strictly to the stipulated deadline, I must insist that you act to submit your claim within the next 10 days.
Important points are: First,The letter was posted to me from Switzerland and they asked me to send back them the affidavit to Canada.
Second, Their letter bears the Recorded & Filed date of: November 28, 2005 and it reached to me in United Arab Emirates on December 26, 2005 and the post office stamp shows that they posted the letter from Switzerland only on December 19, 2005 and they are giving me an applying deadline of 10 days only
The third and last: Is that I have received this mail only 2 days after I was announced another 10,000$ award by another company named NET DIRECT ELECTRONICS which wrongfully and by my stupidity I send them a $41.90 also, which I have to report it to you guys separatly.
So I don't know about you, but I can not believe that I am this much lucky to be a winner of US$ 10,000 in such a short period.
Actually I can not believe that the light can strike a person's head two times within 2 days,The person either is unblievably too lucky or unlucky.
So becareful and take care.
Sorry for writting this much but I think no one should do the same mistake.
