Beware of Goose Lake Marine. Do your research before paying money to use the services of Goose Lake Marine in Hugo Minnesota. The individual who manages this company is the same individual who owned and operated Hitman Motorsports in White Bear Lake Minnesota. He closed his former business to evade extensive consumer complaints and to evade legal responsibilities. Talk to various motorcycle and boating residents in White Bear Lake before using his services. Check the Ramsey County and Washington County court records for civil judgments. Check the Internet for complaints. Check under his former business name and current business name. Many people have been ripped off by this guy so don't let him do it to you. Be prudent and do your research.

As this consumer was dissatisfied with the service and the owner of Hitman Motorsports refused to resolve the problem, the issue was taken to civil court nine years ago where a Judge ruled that the owner of Hitman Motorsports was to pay the consumer $500.00 for repair of the engine. A Judgment was issued in favor of the consumer and legal court notices were provided to the owner of Hitman Motrorsports.
This issue remains unresolved because the owner of Hitman Motorsports chose to ignore the legal court ruling and not issue payment to the consumer. With regard to other credible complaints, there are other complaints listed on the VTX Owners Association forum and other complaint sites.

I am sorry to see that one dissatisfied customer is still tarnishing my reputation over 7 years later. I am a very straight forward and honest businessman and welcome anyone who has any doubts about me or the quality of service I offer to please come in and discuss it with me.
Grab any invoice you like off my desk and call any of our numerous customers and ask them what they think of me and the quality of service our shop offered them. Please feel free to check the internet, the only negative reviews you will find are from Kenneth Galleo as he has tried to tarnish my name for years over a single business dispute with him.
Please feel free to ask any boater you know around White Bear Lake what they think of me. Hugos Goose Lake Marine and Power Sports services the majority of the boats on the Docks of White Bear for many years now with very loyal customers who keep bringing their boats back to us every year, ask them what they think about the quality of service our shop offers. I urge you to ask everyone you know about what they think about me and my shop because they will all tell you the same thing; we do great work at a fair price and go out of our way to maintain good relationships with all of our customers.
