I ordered was was supposed to be a "autonomous, programmable" robot from goueran.com and, after waiting over 2 weeks, I received a cheaply made, Chinese, remote controlled robot toy that was not wifi compatible, not programmable and NOT autonomous at all. In fact, it was completely different from the model that was used in the photos of the product on the website. I have learned that the product that they used on the website was a Nao Robot, which costs several hundred dollars, of not thousands. What I received is available on Amazon for half the price that I paid. I have emailed them several times to request a full refund, but have never had a reply from them. They NEED to be shut down! What they are doing is a crime, pure and simple!
