Gould Consulting, Dan Gould ripoff, liar, scam artist, fraudulent Atlanta Georgia
I contacted Mr Gould about an ad that he had on craigslist on obtaining business credit. Gould told me about the wonderful ways he was going to help me obtain business credit without a personal guarantee. I proceeded to pay him $400 through Paypal for his services. My dad also has a studio business and he signed up to obtain a loan and business credit and gave Dan $500. After payment Dan just gave us the run around. He never worked on our business credit. All he does is lie and scam and never do anything. When we demanded our money back and Paypal decided in our favor for refunds. The Paypals never cleared and came back insufficient funds. The next Paypals came back fraudulent.
Dan proceeds to say he will meet me but never does. This was in July 2006 -August 2006. I just learned that he just incorporated his own business August 1, 2006. I should have known by how cheap his website looks. He admits he is at fault but he is only a scam artist:
I hope that we are able to wrap this matter up this afternoon. I allowed your comments to stir me and I shouldnt have. My apologies,in my position I should not have questioned your rational this process has taken too much time already. Your service that you paid for was not completed and thats it you deserve your refund, for the record I have never argued that point and cannot. All the other things surrounding this have no bearing on the focal point which is your refund. It will be complete this Afternoon. This situation has been extremely uncomfortable for you and I wish you the best in all your endeavors.

Please stay away and DONT give him any money or his partner "Tara Wilson" You will not see it again. I will be taking him and his cheesy business to court to get my money back. Ripoff and Scam Artist!
