This site is the classic bait and switch. I signed up for premium service only to find out they really want extra $$ for their service. Excuse me, I have been married twice they had no record. Could not give the right information about my birth. Finally, went to their support site to change my profile, have yet to hear from the bums.

You have alot of nerve to get on here and state oh you should contact customer support to get your problem resolved. Here's the truth about govregistry.us you are nothing but a bunch of con artists out to fill your pockets . I was just ripped off by your site I joined and was charged 29.95 for unlimited searches every background check I ran I was given nothing but a bunch of worthless infor mation and the information that I did need, When I tried to access it you guys tried to charge me more money after I had just paid out 29.95 . And as for cancelling the service you guy's have no provision for doing that except for an email address. I will be contacting clikbank to retrieve my money since you're site seems to think they don't have to do it. As for the site you work for I have requested an investigation be made and hopefully you'll be shut down in which case you will no longer be employed. I have no pity for you. Someone needs to stop you people from ripping off consumers .
