GQ Restorations, aka Quality carpet and a few other aliases is a fly by night company that not only cheats customers but their own employees.
The owner Ray Adibi owns this defunct CA suspended license company.
He not only refuses to pay his employees what he owes them, he refuses to even acknowledge that he has them. His company is a revolving door for workers unfortunate enough to believe his lies. They do telesales by phone to con people into doing
unneeded vent cleaning and carpet cleaning. Avoid this place at all cost.

Our company noted above, has been proudly serving the community for over 20 years. We have employed many employees and worked with hundreds of contractors over the years with a reputation as one of the best companies to work for as evidenced by some individuals continuously working with our company for many years. In addition, we have thousands of loyal and satisfied customers who have chosen to use our services for their home restoration needs as the direct result of our unsurpassed service with integrity and pride in keeping our customers satisfied.
Therefore, we are surprised and shocked to receive such review on regarding our company. The report seems to be from an anonymous individual with no personal information from Buffalo, New York! We have never hired any employees or worked with any contractors outside of California since we only serve customers here in California. Also the report falsely claims the company as fly by night, when we have been in the business for over 20 years.
Furthermore, we refute the claim of revolving door comment as we have individuals working with our company for years and some over 10 to 15 years as the direct result of the companys generous pay structure, prompt payment as well as treating them as part of the family business by extending financial and/or emotional support when needed.
Obviously, the writer of this report has either no knowledge of our companys history and long standing reputation in the community and with the only motive to defame our good name or a disgruntled employee or contractor who was either let go or his/her services terminated due to poor performance.
However, we still strongly encourage the writer of this claim to contact us directly if she/he genuinely believes any wrongful conduct has occurred by our company. We take all allegations very seriously and we are willing to discuss legitimate concerns so long as supported by facts or documents.
Again, we take pride in serving the community by performing great service by our outstanding employees and contractors. Further, we appreciate all feedbacks, positive or negative if based on merits which we could utilize to improve and grow upon. Lastly, the opportunity to respond to such claim is greatly appreciated. We also would like to express our gratitude towards all our past and present loyal customers, employees and contractors. As in the absence of their support, we would not have had the honor of the serving the community for the last 20 years.
