In the process of creating an account with what was marketed as a "penny bid" online website, I did a stupid thing and gave them my credit card info...only to find out the fine print  was deceptively hidden with a link and I was billed for $99. When I called them immediately after figuring out what happened I was told that they would not refund my money and that I agreed to the charges by not opting out via their hidden terms and conditions.

So I tried to make the best of it and attempted to bid on some items to see if I could recoup some of the money.....WRONG!! Every attempt to bid would not work, no error codes, no explanation, nothing! They claimed to have iPads and similar items available...the only items for bid are either more bidding credits or Outback Resturaunt gift cards.....thats it! These people should be brought to justice and jailed, I guessed I learned the hard way!

This is Michael Andrews, Chief Operating Officer of GrabSwag.com. As i'm sure you've already noticed, GrabSwag is no longer in existence and the site has been completely taken down. With GrabSwag we genuinely hoped to bring a fun and interactive shopping experience to consumers. For a number of reasons, many of which our own fault, we failed in achieving that goal.

Having said that, I assure you that we are a real company, with real people, that take real pride in their work, and that have real feelings when that work is ripped apart. Seeing a post like yours is the absolute last thing in the world we like seeing.
