Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My brother bought a used BMW from these guys. 50 miles off the transmission dropped. After several promises from the son of the ownwer who sold us the car, about how they stand behind there cars...and that we will make things right if something goes wrong etc etc.....

Sure enough when we called to see if they would stand behind there vehicle in any way....the son hid behind his dad, who turned out to be the typical sleazy used car guy.

Stay away from these guys. Spend your money elsewhere or you to will get ripped off.

On their Google reviews, there is a guy that claims he was sold a car and the transmission went out in it 6 days after he bought it - the cost of repair is more than he paid for the car.

I did a search on Facebook and found the guy in San Antonio - Lackland Air Force base.  I reached out to him on Facebook and he confirmed that he was the guy - even sent me a picture of the car.  We traded strategies. He said he now had a lawn ornament as he couldn't afford to fix it.

First off, it's a WELL KNOWN FACT these used BMW's and their transmission problems are a money pit. You should have done your homework. No where in your report did you mention receiving a warranty. In the selling process you would have been presented with a disclosure sheet which told you in no uncertain terms you were either receiving a warranty with the car or buying it "As Is".

"As Is" means YOU are on the hook for ANY repairs. If you would have read that disclosure sheet BEFORE signing it, you would have very obviously seen the salesman was full of hot air. If he claimed they stand behind their cars, why wouldn't they give you a warranty? You failed to be a smart consumer. They saw this and took advantage of you. Next time, do your homework and be a smart consumer so you can avoid this.
