Grand Premier is a scam.  They hide behind a "stellar" BBB rating.  They claim that they have been in business for 10 years when its actually been less than on.  Shame on the BBB, because they know it too!  For a fee, the BBB will swear to anything.

They had to change their company name due to a littany of complaints on the net.  Its modern day theivery and don't take my word for it.  Look up Royal Elite Vacations; that was the old name.  They'll change it again sometime soon when the consumers speak up.The problem with them?  The "Hot Deals" are a fabricated joke.  They are never available and if they are, try adding an additional $500 to the listed price. That's if the even bother to respond to a call or e-mail.  Its amazing to me that they are able to conduct business.

Try looking up their owner as well.  Keith Costko or something along those lines.  I've heard he's an old timeshare guy that lost his real estate/timeshare license to sell and then decided to sell this stuff because licensing is not needed.  Tina Williams is either a fabricated person (never attends to a concern) or Keith's alias.

If your gut told you to look them up and you found this, then trust your gut and stay away!  If you've just purchased, you legally have 3 days to cancel your membership.  If its beyond 3 days, I hope that you paid with a credit card, because disputing it with your credit card company ios your only hope.  Call your CC company and demand a reversal.

Good luck.

OH dear! I just run into this forum, I SOOOO invite you to read this article,

timesharescam.com/blog/107-timeshare-cancel-professionals/

I think It will pretty much say everything that needs to be say.

I went through a horrible experience with this resort, and I'm out of three thousand dollars right now BUT I'm in a process to cancel my timeshare.

Royal Elite is known for being one of the most fraudulent timeshare companies in Mexico: Salesperson claims that the all-inclusive fee is per couple, but in reality it is per person per night. Clients can often book the vacation cheaper online without using their timeshare, than with booking their timeshare and paying the maintenance fees and all-inclusive feesm being that said, you definitely don't wanna end up with a Royal Elite Timeshare
