Hi Cynthia, Sorry for the late reply. We finally got the time to reply back to online complaints. As far as the charges on your account, I have checked your account with us and see that you are right we have you registered on our account last April 16, 2009. We only billed you for the $2.95 shipping and handling fee. I am not sure how you got us mixed up with Raven Media as we are not in any way connected to them. The terms and conditions and statements you have from our company is correct.
