Grant Help Order - ULTIMATE GRANT SECRETS DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY OR INFORMATION!! CHEYENNE Wyoming
I looked around for a long time searching books and guides to help me get personal grants. I researched for days looking on msnbc.com and other trusted sites and the one it brought me toward was granthelporder.com or whatever their name really is. I did it paid $4.95 I thought was just for shipping and the materials and low and behold i'm being charged $74.95 for some kind of membership that happens to you after so many days of ordering the so called "product". I never even received anything in the mail from their company.. nothing.
So I call the company to get my money back and cancel whatever membership they have me down for. First of all the people at 888-662-8762 barely speak english, it sounds like they are in a completely crowded room where they cant hear a word you say and you have to repeat yourself over and OVER again. The first person I talked to was alright, and said he'd refund my money and cancel the membership.
I believed him.
Now its a month later, I dont have the refund and I've been charged AGAIN!! for another $74.95!! So thats it, i've had enough, I start a claim with my bank, file a complaint with the better business bureau and call the company back again. The people this time seem like they cant understand a word I am saying, when I am clearly talking to them spelling out my name and such...
I explain that they owe me about $150 for everything and that I need to know an confirmation # of the money being refunded. The first person claims his name is JACK, he was off the bat RUDE and had the strongest accent. JACK said he couldnt give me a confirmation number... I was like, I need one right now to give to my bank. I then asked to speak to his supervisor, he then HUNG UP ON ME!!!
I call back and this time I'm talking to a man who when first picks up the phone doesnt even bother to say hello, so I'm already getting furious and upset by this crazy ordeal... I dont get his name because he then hangs up again!
Call back the third time, and a man named Joshua answers the phone I explain to him that I am very upset and would like this resolved now... He then continues to tell me if I dont calm down he will not help me, I was like " EXCUSE ME"? Then he continued and said that it was my fault for getting these charges and that I should have read the tiny tiny print. I couldn't believe this person, this company, this whole ordeal.
So never, do anything with Grant Help Order or Ultimate Grant Secrets because they are all the same, they are the biggest ripoff!!!
Now im down and out $150.
