Grant Seeker Pro ripoff, rude, called me nasty names, etc. Placentia California
I tried calling them today to cancel a subscription with them and after I didn't have to information to begin with that they needed they got rude with me and would not allow me to talk with a supervisor. They called me "crazy lady" and a "f---ing c--t" because I kept calling back after I got the information and they continued to hang up on me and then when I e-mailed them, this was their reply:

and:
You first called us shortly after 7:00 PST and if you had an IQ higher than your shoe size you would have realize that there is a time difference between PST and EST. We have been doing customer support for seven years and you are by far the most rude and abusive caller we have ever had. We have cancelled your subscription despite your extreme effort not to provide us with the necessary information and if you contact us again we will be forced to press harassment charges.

I called them at 8AM their time and was told that they don't open until 9AM even though their website clearly states they answer phones from 8Am until 5PM PST.
