I brought my car in for a shake in the steering while braking. They quoted very high prices for the repair saying it was because they were Ford Genuine parts. After replacing both front and rear rotors, drums, shoes they informed me my car was all set. I had informed them I was taking a trip and needed things to be squared away. They sent me on my way without even road testing my vehicle.

So on my way I went with my little shake still happening. So back to Grappone I went. They looked at the car and now said oh your tires are cupped you need 4 tires. Ok fine new tires installed again no road test after repairs off I went again and again still shake. So again back to Grappone. They now inform me you need a sway bar link and alignment. Ok link and align great so my third repair went underway.

Off I went again and guess what still shaking so back to Grappone. This time was oh the tires we sold you one was bad and you need an alignment. Ok new tire and alignment again no road test and off I went again guess what still shaking back to grappone. Ok Dave we really got it this time you know those "genuine Ford parts" well my rotors were warped.

They so they were gracious enough to turn .060" off my new rotors (cutting life down) with no discount or compensation for my troubles. This was over a weeks time missing almost 20 hrs of work and alot of frustration. Oh wait it doesn't stop there.

I returned 2 months later for a small collision I had incurred. The body shop had installed my new hood crooked.

My new aftermarket bumper sticking out all over the place and when inspecting for damaged missed a bent stabilizer bar. Then I had to actually request the look over it mechanically to ensure there were no other mechanical damages compromising safety of the vehicle. After looking it over they said you need a serpentine belt and alternator. Ok great they didnt associate it with the accident and this $500 dollar alternator came out of my pocket.

Then they call and say we need to cut off your bent stabilizer bar the body shop dint find again $150 dollars out of pocket. So again I pick up the car and notice my vehicle is sputtering. They said their master tech road tested it. Well I am not a master tech and noticed it immediately. So back to Grappone and I again missed more work to return for a diagnosis for the stuttering I found while driving. They informed me I need an $80 dollar sensor ok great yep go ahead fix it.

Again I leav after their "Master" tech road tested my car and again still sputtering. So over the course of about three months $3000 dollars in body repairs and approx $2800 dollars I am enjoying my sputtering ford taurus and looking forward to missing more work to return and again have my car looked at. It is not hard to find disgruntled customers simply spend a half hour in front of the Grappone service desk.

Everytime I have visited the Grappone service department their have been multiple disatisfied customers. I especially like the poor man that had just purchased a new forty thousand dollar truck the shake at 40mph was a characteristic of the vehicle. Grappone ford hides behind alot of deaf ears and large inventory. Sure they can sell you any car you want and maybe at a decent price but there is where their concern and service stop. I wouldn't bring my bicycle to Grappone Ford and suggest if you purchase a car from them smile wave good bye and find a more comprable Ford dealer because Grappone only wants the sale and or money for a repair.Their Grappone "family" sales pitch is only a selling scheme.
