...and that says it all. The director and all of her staff were aware of this report because I personally told them. Frankly, it was a last ditch effort to get even the most minimal refund. Someone must have questioned Sheryel and used this information because they had doubts. Not many people go to the trouble to file a complaint with the BBB. I did,others have, but the contract at Great Expectations leaves no room for mediation.
Sheryel has never responded to my emails, or calls...AFTER she got my check. I would challenge her to produce evidence of that
So, if you're looking out here, you have doubts. My advice is to trust your gut and run the other way. I have spoken with others since my awful experience, and they were also distressed by the in-action of this company.
Five years to respond...yep that about sums it up.

I was just made aware that this review existed and I would like to explain myself. Obviously, it's been almost five years, since Jacqueline wrote this, but I wanted to share my side of the story.
We are sincere in our efforts to help every member, but we cannot guarantee a date with another member. Jacqueline was very specific about what kind of men she was interested and we did our best to help make that happen. It is clear she wasn't happy with our efforts.
Yes, after Jacqueline joined she expressed doubts about her decision, and I responded to her calls and e-mails. I didn't initiate these communications, but I did follow up, which is my job as Director of the office.
We pride ourselves on our customer service, and we always respond to member phone calls and e-mails. To say that we don't isn't accurate.
We have made many happy couples in the 25 years we have been in Boca Raton. This is a very emotional business and I'm the first one to agree that we cannot make everyone's dreams come true, but no one has ever faulted our efforts. I have a great team here and we love what we do.
We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, which is pretty amazing given what we do.
