Great Expectations RIPOFF, FRAUDS, DISHONEST, PUSHY, SEXUAL HARRASSMENT Overland Park Kansas
About a month ago I visited Great Expectations in Overland Park, Kansas. I was conned into signing up with their service with the expectation of finding a partner to fill the void left by the death of my wife last year. Boy was I taken. An hour and a half interview lasted over three hours. I felt pressured to sign up and rushed at the last minute so as not to be late for work. I was give an out of date folder and little information on the process.
After signing up and charging $3,695.00 and $429.02 on my card I discovered the misleading truth. There are only five women in the whole Kansas City area that might meet my basic expectations, that is, who would date a smoker. This after the salesperson, Jules, led me to believe she knew of many ladies who would be right for me. She is a really good salesperson, but not reliable. I really feel taken.
I am not the only one who feels this way. The local FOX television affiliate, WDAF FOX4, presented an interview and report on the problem.
I am requesting cancellation and a refund of the $4,124.02 charged to my Bank One credit card. I hope that after this report you will be willing to credit my account, and I might get on with my life not feeling like the fool I was desperately seeking companionship.
