I too am having the same problem. They did not send me any emails regarding the trial period and explaining that the trial period starts the day you ordered. I did not rec'v the package till several days later and before I even realized it charges to my bank was $91.36 and 107.89 and 5.75. The company said they would refund me $80.00. Customer service is very rude.
