On 10/10/06 I called to tell the customer service department that my account had not recieved credit for my 40.00 reload I paid at Rite Aid. They asked me to fax them the receipt and within 24 hours I would recieve credit. After faxing the reciept 3 more times and calling everyday for 9 days , I was referred to the Loss Management Department. I was told that my money was credited to someone elses account and that it would be placed back in my account within 24 hours. It's been 24 hours and 10 days later.
