I was told back in Sept.2004 my house would not be going into foreclosure after i paid them the two thousand dollars for past due amounts. Did not think much about it. Fell behind again but managed to make the behind payments once again. Heard no more about it. Once again I fell behind but managed to make the past due amount of fifteen hundred dollars. Next thing I know I'm still behind by 400.00 planned on paying that amount. Next I thingknow I;m being served with papers telling me my house was sold back in Sept.2004 after I was told I would be okay. Now I have to go into court because they (Green Tree Servicing LLC) foreclosed on my house. I want some answers from someone telling me just what is wrong with picture.

You need to see a lawyer right away. If the house was sold and they still accepted payments, depending on Michigan Law, that may constitute fraud. Additionally, there may be other problems about selling your house without serving you notice. If your loan was backed by HUD, FHA, VA, or other US governmental agency, you need to contact that agency. Good luck
