I purchased a 2005 sun voyager 8377 Vin #5b4mpa7g943396106 from Holiday World of Katy Tx. on 3-17-06. At the time of purchase I was told that the coach was under warranty until 12-17-06. The original owner purchased it three months before I bought it on 12-17-05. I found out he traded it in due to problems with the coach. Holiday world agreed to honor the warranty even though Gulf Stream would not honor the one year to me because I was not the original owner. This motor home has so many problem that Holiday World has had it about eight weeks of the twenty week I've owned it. It is in the shop with forty (40) that right, forty problems and no end in sight. I've tried to contact Gulf Stream and all I get is a run around and no return calls or suggestions as to what to do about this Motor Home. My wife and I bought thinking it would be our dream come true, instead its a night mare in the worst way. I'm sixty-nine and my wife is sixty-four and is disabled. Please help us to attain our dream

Dear Wilbur: I filed a report here about a year ago regarding Gulf Stream and the brand new coach my parents purchased as well as the horrible problems they have had with no help from Gulf Stream. My parents finally had to hire a lawyer and as it turns out, the only thing Gulf Stream has to do according to Indiana law is offer to fix it (which they were supposed to have done before and did NOT do properly). This very lavish and expensive coach has become a nightmare for my parents who are 70 & 75 and it has almost destroyed them financially. Now, not only is the coach two years older and depreciated in value, but they have legal fees to boot. If you are interested in helping to begin a class action, please contact me at (((ROR REDACTED E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))). Gulf Stream has to be stopped from ruining the retirement years of so many. I have also found a couple of others on a site called "complaint.com" who have issues with Gulf Stream. All is takes is two complaints to begin a Class Action. Please help me and yourself at the same time. Thanks. Sincerely, CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.

More than two years ago, my mother and stepfather purchased a brand new, feature full, Gulf Stream motor home. They drove it from Florida (where they used to live) to Pennsylvania (where we live currently). The thing began to leak from one end to the other. Inside the windows, through the roof, the cabinets, etc.. After alot of struggle, Gulf Stream took back the RV for repairs. My mother, being the smart woman she is, marked a spot inside the cabinet with marker. Part of the repairs were to include changing all the carpet due to leak spots and mold/mildew issues. The motor home was also to be certified mold free before its return. After weeks and at least 40 various repairs, the motor home was returned. Not certified and though Gulf STream claimed they had replaced the carpet, the mark was still in the cabinet that my mother had made. A mold test was done since my stepfather is asthmatic and highly allergic to mold. It was found to be full of various molds in very high amounts which most likely explains the reason my stepfather was seriously ill and spent three weeks in the hospital after having stayed in the home for a little over week. My folks got a lawyere in Indiana since according to the warranty, any claims must be brought in the manufacturers state. At this point, it is still in the hands of the attorney and my folks are just waiting to try to get back their $100,000 they invested. Meanwhile, at the age of 70 and 75, they have gone back to work to help out their finances because of this mess. I hate, loathe and despise Gulf Stream for what they have done to them. If you would like the name of the attorney, I'm sure my folks wouldn't have an issue with that and perhaps, you could get him to file a class action. It only takes two seperate claims to initiate. Good luck and I can completely understand. Debbie
