MYTECHGURUS.COM/ STUART BILL/BRITNEY/JENNY I WAS RIPPED OFF OF MY MONEY BY MYTECHGURUS.COM FOR REPAIRS NEVER MADE ON MY COMPUTER!!!! Indiana
I WAS RIPPED OFF BY MYTECHGURUS.COM!!!!!!!
My computer was running extremely slow, so I contacted MYTECHGURUS.COM I found on the internet, called their number 888/258-8478 explained the problem I was having. I was told by Jenny it would be no problem, she had a tech named Stuart log in my computer and supposely make the repairs, took my money from my visa credit card. The repairs were not made instead more damage was done, I had to get another tech to look at my computer. He showed me that my microsoft needed to have most of the service reinstalled back onto my computer and repaired all the services that had stopped working and all the applications damaged. He showed me the that my registry and system files SYSTEM CONFIGURATION had several pages of errors and warnings went as far back as February 2013 programs and application had stopped running all together. My firewall was not working ,no protection,pages of problems the Windows language had been corrupted by the MYTECHGURUS.COM tech there were infections, virus, trojans waste, junk that had to be removed immediately or i would have lost my computer all together. Services and Applications had to be reinstalled and the rest had to repaired. I called MYTECHGURUS.COM told them the repairs had not been made and they took my money and did nothing they were supposed to do. They would not allow me to speak to the manager stated they had made the repairs. They should be stopped and made to repay every consumers they have robbed from their money charged and forced to pay restotution for the damages they have caused. They should be arrested for what they do to consumers it is robbery without a firearm, but you still feel violated I urge anyone to keep their distance from these RIP OFF ARTIST money is too hard to come by to allow these people to continue doing the crime they continue to do each day! I had to pay again to have my computer fixed, my money was not refunded from MYTECHGURUS.COM and my computer was real close to destroyed by these people!!
