Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

The Gwinnett County Water Resources does not really provide anything to help those on their critical call list.  They have stated that they will only call the individual to inform them when they are shutting their water off;  However, after speaking with one of their employees, I was informed that they don't even do this hardly because they have too many customers.  I think that for customers who are placed on the critical call list, their shut-off dates should be delayed for 30 days because shutting off the water would aggrivate illness.

The critical call list should be setup for those who have medical conditions that would be aggrivated by shutting off the water.  After speaking with their customer service reps and supervisors, I really think they are very rude and could careless about the welfare of other people.  I would really like to have a choice in my water company.  I don't like being obligated to pay one company for water.  Consumers should have a choice especially when there are customer service issues, and poor policies regarding those with medical conditions.

You know if you want the entire household to be aware of the status of the account, how about getting the account holder to tell the household.    Yea I know too simple right..you are welcome.

If you are going to come back with the "Well the account holder won't tell me", or something like "I don't want to talk to the account holder" then your issues isn't the water company.  Perhaps Dr. Phil could help you instead.

Oh and before you ask, like the others NO I do not now or have I ever worked for this company.

Look at the monsters making their way onto the internet....Gwinnett County Water Resources does S*** about their Critical Call List.....WTF is the point of having the list if you do nothing for it?????????? Their employees are rude, and somehow consumers don't have a choice in our water company....They do not allow more than one person to be added to the acct so that the entire household is aware of what we can do to save water, pay bills;  When they conduct business everyone in the household should be aware of what's going on ....not just one account holder.....but because they're so f***ing stupid they can't manage to get that through their hs diploma having f***in heads.....

Families have to be informed.....but if you just keep one person on the account how are we supposed to know wtf you're doing.....Then when we try to call to find out what's going on ...they're rude...which is why all this s*** is about to be done and over with as soon as I get my people together....F*** GWINNETT COUNTY NOT HAVING COMPETITION ....I WILL HAVE 300 AMBULANCES IN THE STREET BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE COMPETITION.....FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND.....THEY'RE JUST A STUPID A** S****Y COMPANY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE FAC T THAT THEY'RE USING GWINNETT COUNTY'S NAME TO TRICK PEOPLE INTO THINKING THEY'RE PART OF THE GOVERNMENT....

F*** GWINNETT COUNTY WATER RESOURCES!!!!!

I'm sure you're just another rude employee who takes the stress of their job out on everyone...Get a life!!! Find a new job so you can be happy instead of crapping on everyone who calls you...

Yes...I do wish there were more choices for water companies because people wouldn't have to deal with rudeness when trying to pay their bills....I attempted to work the situation out but a**holes make that more complicated....A**holes like you and your s***** a** company!

Ken

Colorado,
Let's see, you don't pay your bill and you think it's pretty much okay because of your "medical conditon"...right?

Then you think there should be more than just the one water  company for you stiiff...also right?  What do you think ANY other company would do under the same circumstances.  If you and others don't pay, those that do will to pay more to cover what you  leave unpaid.  How, in any way, is that fair to  others?

I don't see the Ripoff...except, maybe by you.
