Gwinnett Place Ford Lies and fraud Duluth Georgia
First car was advertise as a Certified pre own in autotrader..I was told by the sales person it did not qualify. Then I was told the only way to get the lowest interest rate was to buy a service contract. Bought the car and found the Certified information in the glove box. They refuse to honor the certified warranty. Next read the service contract and it did not even cover the car at all because the factory warranty remaining was longer. Finally got the refund started on the service contract by reporting them to the BBB. Very dishonest…also plays the capture the key routine ..when you try to leave without buying they have either lost your key or someone else has it. Always ask for your trade in key back before starting arguing over price
