INTERNATIONAL HOME RENTALS got a new name-- HACIENDA HOMES Same SCAM different NAME and LOCATION-- 2211 S. HACIENDA BLVD # 116 HACIENDA HEIGHTS CA 91745

I was successful in having their previous El Monte location shutdown after my April 11th, 2012 letter to the Department of Real Estate, FBI, Los Angeles District Attorney, City of El Monte, Workers Compensation Department, Rip of Report, Yelp and Trust Link... just to name a few. Yelp tends to filter even the legitimate complaints, so I don't like this forum for that reason, but in my quest to rid innocent consumers of such delinquents... I post this recent review of the letter I just sent to the Department of Real Estate. You will all be happy to know that I have stood by my promise to seek justice for all you victims. International Home Rentals, and owner Jason Jose Rodriguez are under investigation. They were issued a Desist and Refrain order by the DRE. They were also featured in a report by NBC-- Google that under International Home Rentals, and see my progress towards justice!

If you've been scammed by International Home Rentals or Hacienda Homes, write to the address below. Make sure you provide a METICULOUS account of what transpired.

Here is my letter to DRE:

Department of Real Estate 320 W. 4th Street, Suite 350 Los Angeles, CA 90013-1105

International Home Rentals--Hacienda Homes

To Whom It May Concern:

I originally reported the enclosed complaint on behalf of my elderly father on 4/11/2012. I reported it to The Department of Real Estate, FBI, Los Angeles District Attorney and The City of El Montejust to name a few. I was thrilled when I recently learned that International Home Rentals was issued a Desist and Refrain Order by the DRE. Enclosed with this letter you will find a few copies of some information you might find helpful; one of which, is a NBC report about International Home Rentals.

I have recently learned that International Home Rentals has gotten yet another faceliftanother name change and this time an address change. They went from Global Rentals to International Home Rentals and now Hacienda Homes. They moved their illegal practice to 2211 S. Hacienda Blvd #116 Hacienda Heights CA 91745. Their telephone number is 626-968-5000.

I called 9/19/2012 to see if they would schedule an appointment for me to come in. I wanted to see if they were still conducting business in the same fraudulent manner as before. The woman on the phone would not give me her name nor would she confirm her address. She kept asking for the first and last name of the person that referred me to their office. She became upset when no name was given to her. She said she couldnt help me. She did say their office hours were 9-7 P.M.

What rental agency interrogates their potential customers before giving them simple office information one plagued with doubt and worry. The alleged owner of this location is named Richard A. Rodriguez. The previous was Jason Jose Rodriguez License ID PRA02057. Is it a simple coincidence that both their last names are Rodriguez probably not. Im sure it takes a team to put an illegal operation of this caliber together. I ask that you very carefully investigate this matter. I will also be reporting it to NBC.

I am very concerned that with the new name, they may increase their chances of staying in business. I have already linked International Home Rentals to Hacienda Homes on Yelp, Trust Link and The Rip of Report, but it may not be enough. I strongly feel that your department can help with this matter, as you previously have. They just recently robbed another person with the promise of a place, right before closing their last location. Please help!

I found Hacienda home rental on Craig's List. I went in their office and was told, if I leave $200 dollars as a retainer fee that would hold the properties that I was given to see, and no one else would be able to rent it. I gave them the money as was given a contract and properties to see for myself. I went to see the properties that day. They were empty but the information such as the rooms was wrong and come to find out later, that the price range I had asked for was way off! So I started to investigate, this are the things that I looked for: they have no Website, no bussiness licenced in their office like every othere bussiness, I was not allowed to get in contact with the owners (owners who want to rent will make any effort to be contacted) - but I was lucky enough to find them AND was told that the rent was higher than Hancienda Home Rentals had mentioned, and that they never heard of Hacienda Home Rentals -, and of course this website. I went to their office and the secretary brought me into a room, out of the view of other families. She stated that she just started working 3 months prior to the date, and there was another woman in the office who said, " I just hire everybody not to long ago. I asked for a bussiness licence and they said there was none. The woman in the office didn't even know the name of the owner of the bussiness. I demanded my $200 dollars or I would take them to court and call the BBB. They quickly made a phone call to make the approval, and it was granted.

If I was running an honest bussiness than I would go to court and defend my contract because the contract stands. So go and get your money back as soon as possible, itmight be there tomorrow!

I have been trying to look for other similar cases. I was ripped off by Hacienda Heights. The provided an address, but was advized not to contact the owner for that was their job. I finally went to the address provided to speak to the owner because i had suspicions. I havent been able to get a hold of the owner cause hes never thete so i left a note. I went as far as bothering the neighbors to ask if they knew whether the house was for rent and they both said no. Then my husband went back for our refund and we were given a refund petition application. We should have known by the fact that their employee Priscilla didnt know another word in the english vocabulary except "unfortunaly" with a disgusting accent. Ugh! Curse them. How do I get my money back. Help!
